2011 Arbor /Cleanup Day is set for May 7 at St. Paul's Church on N. 47th Street.  Arbor Day ceremony is at 9:00 am, Clean up will follow.  The Committee is looking for community groups to volunteer.

A great celebration for the Beautification Award winners and the Adopt-A-Flowerbed volunteers held Tuesday, September 25th at the Brown Deer Library. It was great to meet these Village residents - setting a great example!

The 2010 edition of Brown Deer's Arbor Day Celebration took place at the BD Library - Saturday, May 8th - hosted by the Village's Beautification Committee.

Concolor Fir trees were planted there and around 90 residents, Scouts and other volunteers participated in the Greening Brown Deer and Clean-Up activities. Many signed up to clean various areas of the Village.

The location has been changed to the Brown Deer Library located at 5600 West Bradley Road. Arbor Day celebration and tree planting at 9:00 a.m. followed by Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful Clean-Up from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Have some fun with your neighbors, help your community, professionals available to answer questions, prizes and give-aways too!

The Village of Brown Deer Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful Clean-Up Day will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010. This event is a combined activity also celebrating and recognizing Earth Day and Arbor Day. We hope you will join us. Meet at the Brown Deer Village Hall, start time is 9:00 A.M. Visit this site often for additional information on this event and other activities that will be held by the Beautification Committee.
