The Spring Home Buying Expo and Tour of Homes is happening this weekend. I am so excited as we have lots of participants ready to greet potential buyers and over 25 homes to tour. Its going to be a great event. Make sure you are there!
The Expo will take place from 10am to 12:00 noon at Brown Deer Middle School (60th and Dean Road), and the Tour of Homes for sale will take place from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm.

This Spring tour of homes will show what a vibrant community Brown Deer has become. Folks can buy a lot of home for a very reasonable cost. The high quality of schools will be clear, the great community spirit and high-quality municipal services make Brown Deer a great place for families.
I'll look for many folks at this great event. This is what Positively Brown Deer is all about.

Positively Brown Deer is sponsoring at Spring Home Buying Expo and Tour of Homes which will be held on Saturday, May 7th. The purpose of the event is to promote Brown Deer Village as a great place to live with beautiful and affordable housing, great schools, bountiful parks and exciting recreation.
The Expo will take place from 10am to 12:00 noon at Brown Deer Middle School (60th and Dean Road). Potential home buyers will have a chance to meet with Brown Deer Village representatives including those from the Brown Deer School District, Police Department, and the Chamber of Commerce. They will also be able to meet with lenders, realtors, home inspectors, and other home owners. Participants will get information on the home buying process and can enter a drawing for raffle prizes.
The tour of homes for sale will take place from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm. Event participants will receive a map of the homes open for tour and can travel to see them at their leisure.
